EPM Eligibility Requirements
Applicant must be an active LADWP customer with a residential electric account at the time of purchase.
Rebates will only be issued to the LADWP account holder.
Products must be Energy Star® or California Energy Commission (Title 20 or JA8) rated to qualify for a rebate. Before purchasing your product, be sure to check the following product eligibility lists:

Are you an income-qualified customer?
LADWP income-qualified customers* are eligible to receive a Cool LA rebate of up to $275 ($50 standard Efficient Product Marketplace AC rebate + $225 limited time Cool LA rebate) for Energy Star®-rated Window and Through-the-Wall Air Conditioning Units, depending on the efficiency level, and Title 20–compliant Portable Air Conditioning Units.
*To qualify for the Cool LA rebate, customers must have an active electric account on a discount rate (participating in one of the following programs: EZ-Save Program, Senior Citizen/Disability Lifeline Rate Program, Life-Support Equipment Discount Program, and/or Physician Certified Allowance Discount) at the time of purchase.

How to apply
Submit Online or by Mail
Online
Submit your LADWP account information and upload a copy of your receipt. Rebates will be paid via an electronic gift card of your choice, delivered directly to your e-mail inbox within 5 days of your application being approved.
