Project Background

LADWP is constructing a new Water System District Yard that will consolidate and provide critical functions in support of Water System operations throughout the San Fernando Valley.

The Mid-Valley facility will replace a combination of outdated buildings and trailers, currently situated at various locations throughout the San Fernando Valley. An important part of the overall space plan is future growth since the new facility will accommodate expanding Water System needs.

The new facility will improve efficiencies across divisions, support the mainline replacement program, and ensure infrastructure resiliency.
