LADWP’s Cool LA program helps seniors ‘Beat the Heat and Stay Safe.’ If you’re 60 years old or older, join us at Cool LA Heat Relief for Seniors to learn how you can combat extreme heat. We will provide valuable information about LADWP programs that help provide heat relief, especially for high-risk seniors. Income-qualified seniors may qualify for LADWP’s EZ-SAVE and Lifeline programs to help lower their electricity bills and make air conditioner use during heatwaves more affordable. This event is in partnership with Monica Rodriguez, Los Angeles Councilmember of Council District 7 and the Los Angeles Department of Aging.

*To qualify for an air conditioner:
- You must be an LADWP customer age 60+ (bring proof of age)
- You must be enrolled in LADWP’s EZ-SAVE or Lifeline program
NOTE: If you are not currently enrolled in EZ-SAVE, you can enroll on-site at the event. Air conditioners are available while supplies last on a first-come, first-served basis. You must attend the event in order to receive the AC unit. One AC unit per account.
