LADWP can assist you in the early planning stages of your project by performing a feasibility study to determine the preliminary method of service and approximate LADWP costs for a service installation or upgrade.
All feasibility study requests are subject to a $1,500 up-front fee.
You may request a feasibility study from LADWP Engineering by submitting the plans and documents specified in the
Feasibility Study Checklist.
Your plans and documents must be submitted via email.
For projects north of Mulholland Drive email your request to [email protected].
For projects south of Mulholland Drive email your request to [email protected].
