LADWP offers rebates for the following residential devices and projects: high-efficiency washers, premium high-efficiency toilets, turf transformation, weather-based irrigation controllers, and rotating sprinklers. Please remember that these rebates are paid on a one-time-per-address basis.

LADWP provides a large variety of rebates for our business customers. Some of the available rebates for commercial devices and projects include premium high efficiency toilets, zero and ultra low water urinals, irrigation controllers, and cooling tower controllers.

Residential Free Items

LADWP has free water conservation devices to help you save money and water in your home. Items available for free include: 1.0 and 0.5 gallon per minute (gpm) bathroom faucet aerators, 1.3 gpm kitchen faucet aerators, and 1.5 gpm showerheads. You can pick up these free items at any one of our Customer Service Centers.

Commercial / Industrial / Multi-family Free Items

LADWP has free water conservation devices to help you save money and water in your home and business. Items available for free include 1.0 gpm and 0.5 gpm bathroom faucet aerators, 1.3 gpm kitchen (break room) faucet aerators, and 1.5 gpm showerheads. You can get these items by calling the Water Conservation Hotline at 1-800-544-4498 and pressing ‘5’.
