Our hearts are with all our customers whose lives have been devastated by the wind-driven wildfires. We are here and available to support you. We encourage any customer whose home or business has been damaged or destroyed as a result of the fires to call 1-800-DIAL-DWP. Our customer service representatives are ready to help with any questions or concerns you may have on your water and power services.

During and immediately following the early January windstorm, LADWP crews worked tirelessly to restore power to more than 360,000 impacted customers. Due to the Palisades fire that broke out on January 7, LADWP continues to work with Unified Command to support recovery efforts and restore power as quickly and safely as possible to homes in the fire-impacted areas. Additionally, LADWP continues to work closely with the State Water Resources Control Board – Division of Drinking Water to restore high-quality drinking water to customers in the Palisades and nearby areas impacted by a Do Not Drink Notice.  

LADWP will continue to support the recovery process until all customers in the Pacific Palisades and surrounding areas have services restored.
