Sign Up for Extended Payment Arrangements

Do you need more time to pay your bill? Sign up for an Extended Payment Arrangement to get an extra 36 months (for all customers) or an extra 48 months (for discount program customers) to pay your bill.

Sign up by logging into My Account or by calling (1-800-342-5397).  Hearing impaired with a Teletype device (TDD) can call 1-800-HEAR-DWP (1-800-432-7397).
