Powered by Equity

We are committed to transitioning to a clean energy future in an equitable manner. Our goal is for all customers to benefit from carbon-free technologies, programs and policies so that no one is left behind.

About Powered by Equity

Powered by Equity initiatives help all Angelenos experience the benefits of L.A.’s clean energy future. From financial assistance with bills to savings on electric vehicles, these programs and services provide services and support to L.A.’s underserved communities and beyond. These initiatives arose from conversations with communities who participated in the LA100 Equity Strategies study – a two-year community engagement and research process which LADWP undertook in partnership with UCLA and the National Renewable Energy Lab.
