Ann M. Santilli

Ann M. Santilli has been appointed LADWP’s Chief Financial Officer effective May 10, 2019.

Ms. Santilli reports directly to the General Manager and oversees the Financial Services Office (FSO), directing LADWP’s accounting, finance, internal audit, risk control and financial forecasting support operations. She replaced Neil M. Guglielmo who is now General Manager for the Los Angeles City Employees Retirement System.

Prior to this appointment, Ms. Santilli was Assistant Chief Financial Officer and Controller for the Department. Her LADWP career in finance also included serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer from October 2010 through January 2012, Chief Accounting Employee in July 2010, Assistant Chief Financial Officer in April 2008, and Controller in March 2008. Prior to being appointed as the Controller, she was the Manager of Financial Reporting since 2003.

Ms. Santilli began her career with LADWP in the Intermountain Power Accounting group and worked for 10 years in Internal Audit. She has more than 30 years of accounting and auditing experience, and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, Northridge. She is a certified public accountant in the State of California and a certified internal auditor.
