Supporting the Recovery in the Pacific Palisades
The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power's Unified Utilities Recovery Operations Center (UUROC) was created to support the Pacific Palisades recovery effort following the January 2025 wildfire. This full-service center is where customers and contractors can coordinate directly with participating utilities and City agencies on the recovery and rebuilding of homes and properties in the Pacific Palisades.
