Stay Cool LA!

Cool LA is an initiative designed to help LADWP customers, especially low-income, older adults, and people with disabilities, better manage the impacts of extreme heat caused by climate change. This initiative includes new and increased rebates of up to $225 on energy-efficient cooling units, and Level Pay, a new bill pay option to spread utility bills across 12 monthly payments, plus other Cool LA programs and resources.
