L.A.'s Drinking Water Quality Report

LADWP’s Water System supplied an average of 436 million gallons of water per day to over 4 million customers
in 2022. The city’s water met and surpassed federal and state drinking water standards set by the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency (US EPA) and the State of California, Water Resources Control Board –
Division of Drinking Water (SWRCB-DDW).

The preparation and dissemination of this annual Drinking Water Quality Report (DWQR) is also required by the (also known as a Consumer Confidence Report) is required by the California State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Drinking Water (SWRCB-DDW) and is prepared in accordance with their guidelines.
