Unified Utilities Rebuild Operations Center

In Support of the Pacific Palisades Rebuilding Effort

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power has created a Unified Utilities Rebuild Operations Center (UUROC) in support of the Pacific Palisades rebuilding effort, a one-stop shop where local utility agencies, customers and contractors can coordinate and support the rebuilding in the Pacific Palisades.

Monday – Friday 
9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Participating Partners

LADWP Services at UUROC

Aside from our agency coordination, LADWP has customer service representatives available onsite to help provide information and resources for community recovery, as well as discuss immediate customer needs following the wind-driven wildfires. These services include:  

  • Customer Service: Assistance with utility account and service restoration
  • Expedited Connections: Fast-tracking water and power interconnections
